As regular travellers, we always try to learn the native language as an act of politeness to the locals. Having never been to Italy before, we contacted Kay. Her lessons were very well structured, with great content and above all she made it a fun experience. 'Grazie mille!'

Kay is an excellent teacher. I like the speed that she teaches at, which is just right for me as I am still at beginner level. I also like how she drops in little useful phrases and talks about the culture and her experiences of living and working in Italy. It makes the learning experience a lot more enjoyable and I think you would miss out on this doing a college course or being taught through a text book.
I was due to start an evening course in Italian at a college near my work but I am so glad I found Kay’s advertisement. I really enjoy learning with her, I do an hour and a half session once a week which is sufficient for my needs.

After having been taught the conversational Italian language by Kay, we wanted to put our new skills to the test in Italy. Kay gave us advice on the area of Italy we should visit from the information we gave her about our likes and dislikes. She then suggested many hotels for us to choose from and booked direct with the hotel of our choice, after she sorted out the flights she explained the best and cheapest ways we could get to the hotel from the airport, so we didn't have any unexpected high fares. Kay also gave us some top tips for day trips and 'must see' art and buildings. Kay provided us with a complete package holiday without the travel agent, she took the stress and hassle of booking the holiday on her shoulders so all we had to do was turn up and enjoy it. I would recommend this service to everybody. Well done Kay.
